Project Description
Within a week, from script to finish, I produced and directed an opener for the ESL event “PUBG Gamescom Invitational”. The purpose of this opener was to hype the audience for the event, while also explaining the mechanics and rules of the game and the competition. Unfortunately, the publisher Bluehole decided last minute not to use it in the broadcast, because they were not sure, whether they want to build on the storytelling perspective opened up in the opener.
